		<description>MarkW - I have messed with roasting small amounts of beans - however we have a seal-a-meal device where the toasted coffee stores for about 6 months quite well. At $2 US a pound it is not worth toasting - quite fine with sucking the air from around those dark roasted beans.

		<description>John, have you considered roasting your own beans?  So easy, even with a little air popper. As you probably know, after roasted, the flavor drops off considerably after a week.  With all the green around your area, it seems a shame not to take advantage of it.  Mark W</description>
